2. Defining a “Lead”

For the purposes of this guarantee, a Lead is defined as:

  • An individual submitting a contact or lead generation form hosted on your landing pages or via native ad forms (e.g., Facebook Lead Forms).
  • An individual reaching out directly to your business (via phone, email, or integrated chat) as a documented result of the advertisements managed through the PushToStartAds platform.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate that the system was utilized as intended. Eligibility is contingent upon the following:

  • Onboarding: Completion of your initial 1-on-1 onboarding call within the first 14 days.
  • Active Status: Maintaining active ad campaigns for a minimum of 75 out of the 90 days.
  • Ad Spend: Allocation of a minimum daily budget as recommended during onboarding.
  • Adherence to Strategy: Following the strategic guidance provided by our team or platform regarding targeting, creative assets, and offer structures.

4. Technical Requirements & Platform Liability

PushToStartAds is a management and optimization layer that sits on top of Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). As such, this guarantee is void if the user is unable to provide the necessary advertising infrastructure. We cannot issue a refund under this guarantee if:

  • You are unable or unwilling to create a Google Ads account, Facebook Business Page, or Instagram Professional profile.
  • Your existing Google or Meta accounts are suspended, restricted, or flagged for prior policy violations unrelated to our software.
  • You fail to complete the verification processes required by Google or Meta (e.g., identity verification or business verification).

5. How to Request a Refund

If you have met all the criteria above and have not received a lead after 90 days, you may submit a refund request by emailing support@pushtostartads.com. Your request must include access to your dashboard to verify that all guidance was followed and no leads were recorded.

6. Exclusions

  • Lead Conversion: This guarantee covers the generation of leads, not the closing of sales. We cannot guarantee your internal sales process.
  • Unauthorized Changes: Significant changes made to campaigns that contradict PushToStartAds’ recommendations will void this guarantee.
